At 9 p.m. on the 9th, a joint battle for the second semester's midterm school year was drawn in "Teenage Girls," which aired on MBC and Naver NOW (Now.  

Prior to the position battle, the ranking announcement ceremony was held. While first and second graders were announced in the lower ranks one after another, fourth-grade Yoon Chae-won won the first place in the school, saying, "In fact, I really didn't expect it, but thank you for giving me such a high position, and I want to work harder in the future." After repeated announcements, the fourth grade will take the third debut group after the third and first graders.

The midterm exam for the second semester was divided into a total of four positions: vocal, rap, dance, and all-rounders. The two grades were combined into one team, and the third and fourth graders were selected as one team as a combined team vs. a combined team, and the first and second graders became one team, raising expectations for the battle to the fullest.

With the first vocal battle, the 3rd and 4th graders performed Taeyeon's "I" and the 1st and 2nd graders performed Mamamoo's "Decalcomanie". On the "I" stage, Lee Ji-woo, Myung Hyung-seo, Kim Soo-hye, and Yoon Chae-won showed stable vocals, but Lee Ji-woo's voice cracking mistake left a regret. Trainees Park Bo-eun, Lee Young-chae, Won Ji-min, and Kim Ri-won then finished the "Decalcomanie" stage with solid skills, making viewers smile. 

The 3rd and 4th graders scored 170 points and the 1st and 2nd graders who finished the stage without mistakes scored 830 points, and Ok Joo-hyun, the 3rd graders' homeroom teacher, expressed frustration, saying, "Isn't it wrong?" and the 1st and 2nd graders won by 660 points.  

The second dance battle was followed, which interested viewers. The 3rd & 4th grade team consisted of trainees Yoo Jae-hyun, Lee Tae-rim, Choi Yoon-jung, Kim Yoo-yeon, Kim In-hye, Kim Ha-ri, Song Ye-rim, and Hong Hye-joo to showcase powerful performances, as well as Little Mix's "Power," which revealed the members' chemistry to the fullest.  

A total of 10 first and second graders who prepared NCT DREAM's "Hot Sauce" presented a rich stage production, revealing a stage where they could get a glimpse of the sensible guitar string performance and fresh spirit under the guidance of their first-year homeroom teacher Aiki.  

As a result of the second battle, 3&4 graders scored 880 points and 1&2 graders scored 190 points, marking a draw for the 3&4th graders, amplifying interest in the next battle. In addition, with the 1st & 2nd grade teams currently leading by 40 points, questions are being raised about which team will win the final game. 

Meanwhile, the audition program "Teenage Girls," which discovers and fosters global girl groups, airs simultaneously on MBC and Naver NOW at 9 p.m. every Sunday night.
