Minho of boy band SHINee release his solo track “Heartbreak” on Dec. 21, his agency SM Entertainment announced on Tuesday.
“Heartbreak” will be Minho’s first solo music in two years, since his digital single “I’m Home” (2019).
As the rapper of the group immediately got his first acting project after he was discharged from the Marine Corps in 2020. Minho is now expanding his acting career as he was in the popular drama ‘Yumi’s Cells’ and landed the lead role in the Netflix K-drama ‘The Fabulous’. The SHINee star is also the RJ of his very own radio show ‘Best Choice’ on Naver Now since September. And now he’s ready to drop new solo music. His solo debut was in 2019 with the SM Station project ‘I’m Home’.
According to the agency, “Heartbreak” is a rhythmical number with intense percussion and synth sounds. The lyrics sing about pain from a relationship with someone who does not take love seriously.
Also on Dec. 21, Minho is scheduled to host his solo fan meet and greet “Choi Min-ho Fan Party ‘Best Choi’s Minho 2021.’”
