"Decibel" is a half-day urban terror action film about a terrorist who tries to occupy the city using a special bomb that responds to sound and a former Navy deputy captain targeted by him. Director Hwang In-ho's third production after 'Chilling Love' and 'Monster'.
Kim Rae-won will play the role of a Navy lieutenant colonel struggling to prevent sound bombings installed in the city center and will show overwhelming and intense acting, chasing bombs to the end despite the criminal's threats.
Lee Jong-seok played the role of Navy Captain. He also plans to show his friendship built up in the submarine with his crew.
Cha Eun-woo will break down into a young and convincing navy in his first film "Decibel" since his debut and present a screen performance differentiated from the drama with sound exploration that listens to submarine showers with sensitive hearing.
'Decibel' is the third urban terrorist action film directed by Hwang In-ho, who is directed "Spellbound" and "Monster." It will also provide vivid advice from some of the nation's top submarine experts, chemical bombs, and explosions experts to portray scenes of explosions that resemble massive urban terror attacks and traces of the main characters trying to prevent them.
