IU performed ‘Good Day’ in Style Icon Awards in 2011 with Park Sunghoon figure skating at the back!
Park Sunghoon is a well-known figure skater who won several international figure skating championships including Lombardia Trophy and Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy.
He continued figure skating even after he signed with Big Hit Entertainment as a trainee two years ago.
Park Sunghoon and IU will be on the same stage after nine years as IU will perform ‘Into the I-LAND’, the signal song of the show live in the first episode of the show.
‘I-LAND’ is a reality program starring 23 K-pop idol trainees and is scheduled to air on Mnet.
‘I-LAND’ also marks the first project out of Belift Lab, a content media joint venture by CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment. Chairman of Big Hit Entertainment Bang Sihyuk takes the wheel as an executive producer of the program that took 3 years for planning and costed over 2 billion.
Actor Nam Goongmin plays the role of storyteller while ZICO and Rain joins the program as mentor-and-judge.
