
YG Entertainment’s idol group TREASURE’s “JIKJIN” music video has surpassed a 100 million views on YouTube as of August 31 at around 12:11 AM KST. They were able to reach this milestone just 197 days after the initial music video release.
On August 30 at approximately 11:50 p.m. KST, TREASURE’s music video for their 2020 title track “I LOVE YOU” surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, making it their second music video to do so after “BOY.”
The title track, “JIKJIN” is a dance hip-hop song that has a constantly changing beat with an addictive chorus. Meanwhile TREASURE has confirmed the title track for their new album and is preparing for a new comeback. YG Entertainment stated, “The members have a strong will to communicate with fans so we are positively reviewing the possibility of a second domestic concert”.
TREASURE originally released the music video for “I LOVE YOU” on September 18, 2020 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning that it took the song just over one year, 11 months, and 12 days to hit the 100 million mark.
With this, TREASURE has a total of three billion-view music videos since their debut song 'BOY'.
TREASURE have decided on the title track of their new album and ipreparing for a comeback. They are also positively considering holding their second domestic concert.
